Refunds & Returns Policy

At Turning Tyres, we stand behind the quality of our products and service. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unused tyres in their original condition. To be eligible for a return:

• Tyres must not be fitted or used
• Must be returned with proof of purchase
• Must be in resealable condition

If you believe you’ve received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refunds are not available for:

• Tyres that have been fitted or used
• Change-of-mind returns after fitting
• Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent or confirmed defect).

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? No problem — contact us within 14 days and we’ll do our best to help you exchange the product, subject to stock availability.
