While we strive to display accurate descriptions and images, tyre specifications such as tread design and sidewall appearance may vary by size and model. Alloy wheels shown in images are for illustration only and are not included unless specified.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
Payment must be completed at checkout via our accepted payment methods. Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across New Zealand using trusted carriers such as Mainfreight and StraitNZ.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched. More details are available in our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for unused tyres within 14 days of purchase, subject to our Refunds & Returns Policy. Fitted or used tyres cannot be returned unless faulty. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours.
6. Warranties & Liability
Our tyres are covered under manufacturer warranties where applicable. Turning Tyres does not accept liability for damages or losses arising from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow safety recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and limit our liability to the purchase price of the product.
