Shipping policy
At Turning Tyres, we aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently across New Zealand. We offer flat-rate nationwide shipping, as well as free local pickup from our Napier location.
Delivery Options
1. Standard Shipping
Available for most urban addresses in New Zealand. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
2. Rural Shipping
For rural and non-urban delivery addresses. Delivery timeframes may be slightly longer depending on your location.
3. Free Local Pickup – Napier
You are welcome to collect your order from our store at:

We’ll notify you by phone or email when your order is ready for collection, usually within one business day.
Shipping Carriers
We use reliable freight providers, including Mainfreight and StraitNZ, for all shipped orders. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

- We currently ship within New Zealand only
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout to avoid delays
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes
